Adult Training
Girl Scouts of Tulip Trace Council, Inc. provides training as part of its commitment to adult volunteers. Volunteers have the opportunity to develop their skills, become group facilitators for girls, and help girls discover fun, friendship and ways to make the world a better place.
The Program and Training Guide contains descriptions of all the courses that are offered by Girl Scouts of Tulip Trace Council for adult volunteers. The Program and Training Guide is published annually to provide dates, times and locations for training. The Girl and Adult Regional Services Department may schedule additional courses based on the needs of the organization and input from individuals. Scheduled trainings that do not reach the minimum number of registrations may not take place.
Training is offered throughout the council to currently registered adult members of Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. Child care is not provided during the time of training. Register for training courses at least three weeks in advance of the session using the appropriate form. Registrations can be emailed, faxed, mailed or hand-delivered to the Girl Scout Service Center. You will receive written confirmation by mail. If you are unable to attend a confirmed training, please contact the council service center as soon as possible.
