Lifetime Membership - How To Join

Becoming a lifetime member of Girl Scouts demonstrates your commitment to helping girls grow courageous and strong! As a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the USA, you will join a growing number of adults who believe in and support the ideals and principles of Girl Scouting. In partnership with other dedicated adults, you will have the opportunity as a volunteer to assist directly or indirectly in developing quality that will serve girls throughout their lives and help them realize their full potential. When you become a lifetime member, you show a commitment to all girls - among them, many of the leader of tomorrow- in our diverse population.

• A lifetime membership card and certificate
• LEADER magazine, which is published four times a year
• A one-time tax-deduction for the full amount of your lifetime membership dues
  

Eligibility

• Accepts the principles and beliefs of the Girl Scout Movement
• Pays the one-time lifetime membership dues
• Is 18 years or older or has a high school diploma or the equivalent.

The lifetime membership dues are $250 (25 times the annual dues). A special lifetime membership at the reduced cost of $130 is offered to girls who are registered Senior Girl Scouts at the time of their high school graduation, provided they apply for lifetime membership before their current annual membership expires.
